1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BestBuds website and your participation in our waitlist and demo bookings. By using this site or submitting your details, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. About BestBuds (pre-launch)
BestBuds is a pet-care platform currently in development — a mobile app for pet parents and an admin dashboard for pet businesses (vets, groomers, boarding, day care, and a pet shop). This website is a pre-launch page for sharing information and gathering interest. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services yet.
3. Waitlist & early access
Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not guarantee that you’ll receive access, that BestBuds will launch in your area or by any particular date, or that any specific features, pricing or “founder” benefits will be offered. Any early-access perks or founder pricing described on this site are indicative, subject to availability, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
4. Demo bookings
You may book a demo during the times we make available. Slots are limited and subject to confirmation. We may need to reschedule or cancel a demo, and we’ll try to give you reasonable notice. Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this site and join the waitlist.
6. Communications
By submitting our forms, you agree that we may contact you by email — and, where you provide a number, by phone or SMS — about your waitlist status, demo bookings, and our launch. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by contacting us at help@bestbuds.ph.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site by automated means;
- submit false information or someone else’s details without their permission; or
- use the site to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
8. Intellectual property
The BestBuds name, logo, site content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse them without our prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The site and all pre-launch information are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Product descriptions, features, timelines and pricing are indicative and may change. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestBuds and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site or your reliance on any pre-launch information.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BestBuds from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.
12. Third-party services & links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services and websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
13. Changes
We may update the site and these Terms as BestBuds develops. Changes take effect when posted here, with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
15. The app will have its own terms
When the BestBuds app and admin dashboard launch, separate Terms of Service — covering accounts, bookings, payments, pet records, and provider obligations — will apply to their use.
